Energetic Alignment is a guided visualisation meditation experience. You will be guided on a journey that will help you to accept the circle of life and death, releasing the old parts to create space to welcome in the new parts that are ready to integrate with you. You will enhance your ability to accept that life if about experiences not outcomes and there is a higher power that is always guided you. Your guides will work with you to let go the egos need to control in order to feel safe and rewire the energetics so that you can trust the unknown process more & more each day. You will receive a frequency attunement from your guides to support you on your human journey.
