Energetic Alignment is a guided visualisation meditation experience. You will be guided on a journey that will enhance your ability to identify the energy of grief that consciously and unconsciously resides within you. Strengthening your ability to acknowledge it, process it and release it, creating new space within you for more love, joy, kindness and peace. Your guides will work with you to process and clear the collective & personal grief you hold in your body, mind & energy field. You will gain greater clarity on your human experience & the purpose it serves. You will receive a clearing & an attunement from your guides to support you on your human journey.
