"My initial motivation to visit Depika was mostly out of curiosity; I was particularly interested by the idea of her energy work. For me, ‘energy’ was a new concept…I hadn’t really considered it before and was intrigued.

So going in, I didn’t have a strong sense of what the experience would be like or indeed, any benefit I may gain…it was what I’d call an ‘instinctive leap of faith’… it just felt right! The session itself was super interesting… there’s no easy way to describe it… it’s a mix of being counselled and coached with some magic sprinkles thrown in.

One of most interesting and helpful aspects was where Depika located where I have energy blocks and starting to work on these. Whilst a one-off session, the benefits continue… I love that it opened my mind to a whole new world, and credit it with starting a process of release… It may sound a bit strange, but I genuinely feel lighter in life!"
