You're amazing. Such a powerful experience. I'll write a bit more over the weekend. But just wanted to say thank you!

Unsurprisingly I had a big cry after our session. It was deeply emotional and physical. Afterwards I really felt lighter, like something shifted. yesterday my mind was trying to summarise what happened and what I need to do next.
