Energetic Alignment is a guided visualisation meditation experience. You will be guided on a journey that will help you to feel the energies of love, loss & grief. As you move through this cyclical process you will identify & honour the parts of your identity that once served you but now hinder you. Your guide will work with you and help you navigate the human emotions through your physical body as you create more space for love and your authentic expression to flow through you. You will receive a frequency attunement from your guides to support you on your human journey.

The experience itself will be relaxing, healing & energising with the intention to ground, clear & elevate your consciousness.
