Energetic Alignment is a guided visualisation meditation experience. You will be guided on a journey that will help you to move through the process of birthing your new self and at the same time letting go of the old parts of you. It will bring greater awareness of the karma you have been carrying, your soul’s purpose and journey in this lifetime. You will get a chance to honour the old parts of yourselves as they retire and welcome the new parts of yourself as they emerge and start to integrate. Your guides will work with you to bring through the new frequencies into your newly created space. You will receive a frequency attunement from your guides to support you on your human journey.
