Energetic Alignment is a guided visualisation meditation experience. You will be guided on a journey that will bring greater awareness to your judgements, fight/fight responses, unprocessed grief, unexplored inner child wounds and self loathing patterns. Highlighting life situations and people where you hold onto the energy of resentment, anger and/or jealously. You will strengthen your ability stay centred as you honour your spiky edges as you empower and liberate yourself from your limitation and inviting in more abundance and flow. Your guides will work with you to create more space around you for your new chapter to emerge. You will receive a frequency attunement from your guides to support you on your human journey.
