SESSION INFORMATION

PRE SESSION:

• I will tune into your energy about 10-15mins before the session and write down insights, guidance and messages that I receive intuitively, from my spirit team or from your higher self and/or your spirit team.

SESSION BREAKDOWN:

• INSIGHTS: 25mins - I will share the intuitive insights guidance & messages I received before your session. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, deep dive and explore the insights that came through and share your intentions for the session

• HEALING: 50min - I will ask you to lie down comfortable on your bed or sofa before gentling guiding you into a deep state of relaxation. I will then carry out the energy healing, clearing and alignment work in silence. We will remain on the zoom call

• CLOSE: 15min - You will have an opportunity to share your healing experience with me and ask any question and then I will also share what happened during the healing and any additional insights, guidance and messages I received.

• BONUS At the end you get to pick a healing message from my upcoming book Medicine for the soul - way back home to love.

POST SESSION:

• Within 48hours after your session you will receive an email with session recording link and recap notes of the session with the healing message from my upcoming book and practical exercises, tools & tips

SESSION EXPERIENCE:

• My intentions for your sessions is to leave you feeling liberated, awakened, energised, transformed and more connected with your intuition, inner knowing & wisdom

• During the healing you may feel changes in temperature and/or tingling sensations in your body. Some people feel hands on their body, pressure in their head (that eases) and presence of angels, spirit guides and then others simply fall into a deep restful state. It is normal for your monkey mind to wonder or experience tears.

• After the session sometimes some people may experience emotional/energetic release, deep realisations & mental clarity. Generally people notice a shift straight away then 24hours after and then greater clarity between 3-7 days after

• Most people say they feel more peaceful and grounded after a session with a greater sense of clarity and awareness

IT INCLUDES:

• 90mins online with Depika via Zoom

• Post session email with link to audio recording of the session and recap notes

IT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Consultation - If you are new to Depika’s work and not sure if this is right for you then why not first join her free global community and access 5 free 30mins meditations. Alternatively you can join the monthly Energetic Alignment group sessions or book

• Follow on support - If you need additional support after the session please contact Depika to book in a 3 or 12 month coaching, energy healing and mentoring programme

NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE

• Rescheduling - Is only permitted via the scheduling tool. Appointment can be rescheduled anytime 24 hours prior to the appointment time after that the appointment cannot be rescheduled. If it is an emergency please contact Depika directly via email

• Cancellation - If you choose to cancel your session you will forfeit the cost of the session
