Many of us experience overanalysing when making important decisions in our lives. However, for some of us it can be a constant overwhelming and paralysing experience that we are trapped in with no way out.

  • Firstly we need to be able to recognise that we are overthinking or overanalysing before we can do anything about it.

  • Laughing at ourselves is a great simple tool. It stops us from taking ourselves too seriously and helps shift our mindset.

  • Music, movement of body through dance or physical exercise, meditation & focusing attention on the breath are all great tools that helps shift our mindset.
