Being ghosted or simply ignored has most likely affected many of us. It often triggers our insecurities making us question what did we do wrong. We tend to go into a state of analysing and over-analysing the situation, wanting to know what other person thinks and what did we do wrong. By doing that we put energy and effort into the state that doesn't serve us often feeling helpless and consumed by it.
Depika shares the importance of being kind to self & stop over-analysing. When you analyse situations you look backwards and at the same time you may miss opportunities that could present itself in front of you.
